Bulk Leopards Tracking — Track Multiple Parcels at Once

Track up to 20 Leopards Courier CN numbers simultaneously. Built for e-commerce sellers, Daraz merchants, and logistics teams managing daily dispatches across Pakistan.

Bulk CN Tracking Tool

Enter up to 20 Leopards Courier CN numbers. Separate them with commas, spaces, or new lines.

Maximum 20 CN numbers per batch. Results downloadable as CSV. Same live data as single CN tracking.

What is Bulk Tracking?

Bulk tracking lets you check the delivery status of multiple Leopards Courier shipments in a single query instead of entering each CN number one by one. Instead of spending 20–30 minutes checking 20 orders individually, bulk tracking returns all results in seconds.

This tool pulls real-time data from Leopards Courier for each CN — the same live scan data you'd see on the single CN tracker. Results are displayed in a table showing each parcel's current status, last location, and last update timestamp.

How to Use Bulk Tracking — Step by Step

1

Gather Your CN Numbers

Collect all the Leopards Courier CN numbers you want to track. You can get these from your LCS booking confirmations, seller portal, Daraz seller dashboard, or dispatch SMS notifications.

2

Enter CNs in the Text Box

Paste your CN numbers into the bulk tracking text area above. You can separate them with commas (GT123, GT456), spaces, or one per line — the tool accepts all three formats.

3

Or Upload a CSV File

If you have your CN numbers in a spreadsheet, export one column of CNs as a CSV file and upload it using the "Upload CSV" button. The first column is read automatically.

4

Click "Track All Shipments"

Hit the button. The tool queries the Leopards Courier API for each CN simultaneously and returns results in seconds. A progress bar shows query status for large batches.

5

Review the Results Table

Results appear in a colour-coded table: green for Delivered, yellow for In Transit / Out for Delivery, red for Failed / RTO. Click any row to see the full scan timeline.

6

Download or Copy Results

Use "Download Results" to export a CSV with CN, status, location, and timestamp for each shipment. Paste it into your order management system or share with your team.

Bulk Tracking for Sellers and Businesses

E-commerce merchants and logistics teams are the primary users of bulk tracking. Here's how different businesses use it to streamline their operations:

Daraz & E-Commerce Sellers

Check status of all daily dispatches at once. Identify delayed shipments before customers escalate. Reduces customer support tickets by proactively flagging problematic deliveries.

Facebook & Instagram Sellers

Monitor COD delivery rates across all active orders. Identify non-delivered orders for follow-up. Know exactly which COD amounts are pending collection.

Logistics Coordinators

Track entire shipment batches for corporate clients. Export results for integration with your warehouse management system (WMS) or CRM platform.

Returns Management Teams

Track all RTO (return to origin) shipments simultaneously. Know when returns have been received at origin to update inventory and trigger refunds.

CSV / Excel Bulk Tracking

If you manage orders in Excel or Google Sheets, you can prepare your CN list for bulk upload in seconds. Here's the recommended format:

GT7514208669
GT7514208670
TN8820110045
FE9930220156
RT7514209001

Format Rule 1 — One CN Per Row

Place each CN number in a separate row in the first column (Column A). Do not include headers like "CN Number" — start directly with the first CN.

Format Rule 2 — No Extra Columns Needed

You do not need to include order IDs, customer names, or other data. Only the CN column is read during upload. Other columns are ignored.

Format Rule 3 — Save as .CSV

In Excel: File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited). In Google Sheets: File → Download → Comma-Separated Values (.csv). Then upload using the button above.

Bulk Tracking Limitations

!

Maximum 20 CNs Per Batch

The free bulk tracker supports up to 20 CN numbers per query. For larger volumes, consider the Leopards Courier business API or eCommerce portal.

!

Rate Limit: 3 Batches Per Minute

To ensure fair usage for all users, bulk tracking requests are limited to 3 per minute per IP address. If you hit the limit, wait 60 seconds and retry.

!

Results Show Current Status Only (Summary)

The bulk results table shows the latest status summary. Full scan-by-scan history is available by clicking into individual shipments from the results.

!

Only Leopards Courier CNs Work

This bulk tracker is for Leopards Courier shipments only. TCS, M&P, Daraz Express, and other courier CNs will return a "Not Found" result.

Exporting Bulk Tracking Results

Once your bulk results load, you can export the full dataset as a CSV file. This is useful for maintaining dispatch logs, reporting to clients, or importing into order management software.

What the CSV Includes

Exported CSV includes: CN number, booking date, current status, last scan location, last updated timestamp, origin city, destination city, and estimated delivery date.

How to Export

Click "Download Results" after tracking. The file downloads automatically as bulk-lcs-tracking-[date].csv. Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app.

Use in Your OMS

Import the CSV into your order management system (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom ERP) to update order statuses automatically without manual entry.

Share with Team

The CSV format is universal. Share with your customer support team to handle delivery inquiries, or with your operations team to flag delayed shipments.

Bulk Tracking Workflow for Daraz Sellers

Daraz sellers who use Leopards Courier as their logistics partner can use this bulk tracker as part of their daily operations workflow:

1

Export Daily Dispatches from Daraz Seller Centre

Download your daily order report from Daraz Seller Centre. The report includes LCS CN numbers for all orders shipped via Leopards.

2

Copy the CN Column

Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets. Select and copy the column containing LCS CN numbers (usually labeled "Tracking Number" or "Courier CN").

3

Paste Into Bulk Tracker

Paste the CN numbers into the bulk tracking tool above. Up to 20 can be tracked at once. For more, split into multiple batches.

4

Identify Problem Shipments

Look for CNs showing "Failed Delivery," "RTO Initiated," or statuses stuck in transit for 3+ days. These need follow-up with LCS or the buyer.

5

Export and Log Results

Download the results CSV daily and append to your tracking log. This creates a complete delivery record for your Daraz store performance monitoring.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about tracking multiple Leopards Courier shipments at once.

Bulk tracking lets you check multiple Leopards Courier shipments at once by entering several CN numbers together. The tool queries Leopards Courier for each CN simultaneously and returns a summary table with status, last scan location, and last update time for every parcel — using the same live data as the single CN tracker. Read our tracking guide for a full walkthrough.
You can track up to 20 CN numbers per batch using the free bulk tracking tool on this page. For larger volumes (100+ CNs), Leopards Courier offers an API and an eCommerce sender portal for registered business accounts. See our Leopards Courier overview for more on account options, or our CN number guide for format details.
The bulk tracking tool accepts CN numbers one per line, comma-separated, or space-separated — all three work interchangeably and you can even mix formats in the same input. For large lists, pasting one CN per line from a spreadsheet column is easiest. Check the CN number guide if you are unsure about the correct format for your tracking number.
Yes. After running a bulk query, a Download Results button appears and exports a CSV with each CN number, current status, last scan location, and last update timestamp. PDF export is not available natively, but you can print the results page to PDF via your browser. For status code meanings in the export, see the LCS status codes reference.
Yes — the bulk tracker accepts any valid Leopards Courier CN numbers regardless of which sender account booked them. You can mix CNs from different sellers, business accounts, or individual senders in one batch. The only requirement is that all CNs belong to Leopards Courier; other couriers return a Not Found result. Use the home tracking tool to verify individual CNs before adding them to a bulk batch.
Sellers on Daraz and Shopify can paste all daily dispatch CNs into bulk tracking to check statuses at once — identifying delayed shipments before customers escalate and flagging RTO parcels for faster resolution. See our dedicated Daraz tracking guide for a step-by-step workflow tailored to Daraz Seller Centre dispatch reports.
Bulk tracking data reflects the most recent scan in the Leopards Courier system at query time — there is no automatic refresh. Scan events update every few hours as parcels move through LCS hubs. Running the tool at the start and end of each business day is a practical routine. Check LCS status codes to understand what each status change means and our delivery times guide for expected transit durations.
Yes. Leopards Courier provides an official tracking API for registered business and developer accounts, allowing programmatic CN status queries and integration into websites, apps, or order management systems. You need an LCS business partner account to obtain API credentials. For an overview of what LCS offers, visit our Leopards Courier overview or contact LCS directly for API access.
Yes — bulk tracking pulls data from the same Leopards Courier system as single CN tracking, so status and scan data are identical. The difference is display: bulk results show a summary table rather than the full hub-by-hub timeline. Click any CN in the bulk results to expand the complete scan history. Use the single CN tracker when you need the full timeline for one shipment.
"Not Found" means the CN was not located in the Leopards Courier system. Common causes: the CN was entered incorrectly, the booking has not yet been processed, or it belongs to a different courier. Check the correct CN format in our CN number guide, and if the issue persists after a few hours, file a complaint with Leopards Courier to investigate the booking.
Yes. Daraz orders shipped via Leopards Courier have LCS CN numbers that work with this bulk tracker. Export the CN column from your Daraz Seller Centre dispatch report and paste them directly into the tool. Our Daraz tracking guide walks through the exact steps to find CN numbers in Seller Centre and cross-reference them here.
The bulk results table shows delivery status only — COD amounts are not displayed because remittance data is tied to your LCS sender account rather than the public tracking record. To view COD amounts and payment status for multiple shipments, log into your LCS sender portal. Our COD tracking guide explains how to reconcile COD remittance and understand payment timelines.
Download the CSV export after running a bulk query and share the file via email or messaging apps. The CSV includes CN numbers, statuses, locations, and timestamps readable in any spreadsheet app. For customer-facing updates, copy relevant rows into your support system. See our tracking guide for tips on communicating delivery status, or contact LCS for escalations on delayed shipments.
Leopards Courier operates primarily as a domestic courier within Pakistan. For any international or cross-border shipments they facilitate, CN numbers can be entered into this bulk tool. If a CN shows Not Found for an international shipment, international tracking may require a different reference — contact LCS directly. See our Leopards Courier overview for service coverage details.
There is no strict time limit, but results are a point-in-time snapshot — the page does not auto-refresh. If the tab has been open for a long time, run the query again to get current data. For understanding how long parcels typically remain in each status before moving, check our delivery times guide and LCS status codes reference.
Yes. Return-to-origin shipments with the RT prefix are fully supported. Enter RT CNs alongside standard CNs and the tool returns the current status for each — including RTO Initiated, In Transit to Origin, and Returned to Sender. This is useful for confirming which returns have arrived at the origin warehouse. See LCS status codes for a full list of return statuses, or file a complaint for stuck returns.
Automated scheduling is not available in this free tool — each bulk query must be run manually. For automated recurring reports, integrate the Leopards Courier API with a script or workflow automation tool such as Zapier or Google Apps Script. Contact LCS to enquire about API access for your business account, or visit our Leopards Courier overview for a summary of available business tools.
Use your browser search (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) and type Delivered to highlight matching rows in the results table. For more precise filtering, download the results as a CSV and open it in Excel or Google Sheets, where column filters let you isolate Delivered, In Transit, or any other status. Reference the LCS status codes page for the exact status label text to filter on.
For enterprise-scale tracking of thousands of CNs, Leopards Courier offers an API integration and a dedicated eCommerce sender portal supporting large batch queries, automated status updates, and integration with ERP or warehouse management systems. Contact LCS to enquire about business account registration and API access, or see our Leopards Courier overview for a summary of enterprise options.
This bulk tracking tool is a free public tool — no account needed — for checking shipment statuses by CN number. The Leopards Courier sender dashboard is a private portal for registered senders offering full shipment management: booking, CN generation, COD remittance reports, and account analytics. See our COD tracking guide for remittance-specific features, or our Leopards Courier overview to compare all available tracking methods.
