Bulk CN Tracking Tool
Enter up to 20 Leopards Courier CN numbers. Separate them with commas, spaces, or new lines.
Maximum 20 CN numbers per batch. Results downloadable as CSV. Same live data as single CN tracking.
What is Bulk Tracking?
Bulk tracking lets you check the delivery status of multiple Leopards Courier shipments in a single query instead of entering each CN number one by one. Instead of spending 20–30 minutes checking 20 orders individually, bulk tracking returns all results in seconds.
This tool pulls real-time data from Leopards Courier for each CN — the same live scan data you'd see on the single CN tracker. Results are displayed in a table showing each parcel's current status, last location, and last update timestamp.

How to Use Bulk Tracking — Step by Step
Gather Your CN Numbers
Collect all the Leopards Courier CN numbers you want to track. You can get these from your LCS booking confirmations, seller portal, Daraz seller dashboard, or dispatch SMS notifications.
Enter CNs in the Text Box
Paste your CN numbers into the bulk tracking text area above. You can separate them with commas (GT123, GT456), spaces, or one per line — the tool accepts all three formats.
Or Upload a CSV File
If you have your CN numbers in a spreadsheet, export one column of CNs as a CSV file and upload it using the "Upload CSV" button. The first column is read automatically.
Click "Track All Shipments"
Hit the button. The tool queries the Leopards Courier API for each CN simultaneously and returns results in seconds. A progress bar shows query status for large batches.
Review the Results Table
Results appear in a colour-coded table: green for Delivered, yellow for In Transit / Out for Delivery, red for Failed / RTO. Click any row to see the full scan timeline.
Download or Copy Results
Use "Download Results" to export a CSV with CN, status, location, and timestamp for each shipment. Paste it into your order management system or share with your team.
Bulk Tracking for Sellers and Businesses
E-commerce merchants and logistics teams are the primary users of bulk tracking. Here's how different businesses use it to streamline their operations:
Daraz & E-Commerce Sellers
Check status of all daily dispatches at once. Identify delayed shipments before customers escalate. Reduces customer support tickets by proactively flagging problematic deliveries.
Facebook & Instagram Sellers
Monitor COD delivery rates across all active orders. Identify non-delivered orders for follow-up. Know exactly which COD amounts are pending collection.
Logistics Coordinators
Track entire shipment batches for corporate clients. Export results for integration with your warehouse management system (WMS) or CRM platform.
Returns Management Teams
Track all RTO (return to origin) shipments simultaneously. Know when returns have been received at origin to update inventory and trigger refunds.
CSV / Excel Bulk Tracking
If you manage orders in Excel or Google Sheets, you can prepare your CN list for bulk upload in seconds. Here's the recommended format:
GT7514208669 GT7514208670 TN8820110045 FE9930220156 RT7514209001
Format Rule 1 — One CN Per Row
Place each CN number in a separate row in the first column (Column A). Do not include headers like "CN Number" — start directly with the first CN.
Format Rule 2 — No Extra Columns Needed
You do not need to include order IDs, customer names, or other data. Only the CN column is read during upload. Other columns are ignored.
Format Rule 3 — Save as .CSV
In Excel: File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited). In Google Sheets: File → Download → Comma-Separated Values (.csv). Then upload using the button above.
Reading Bulk Tracking Results
After running a bulk query, results appear in a table. Here's how to interpret each column:

Bulk Tracking Limitations
Maximum 20 CNs Per Batch
The free bulk tracker supports up to 20 CN numbers per query. For larger volumes, consider the Leopards Courier business API or eCommerce portal.
Rate Limit: 3 Batches Per Minute
To ensure fair usage for all users, bulk tracking requests are limited to 3 per minute per IP address. If you hit the limit, wait 60 seconds and retry.
Results Show Current Status Only (Summary)
The bulk results table shows the latest status summary. Full scan-by-scan history is available by clicking into individual shipments from the results.
Only Leopards Courier CNs Work
This bulk tracker is for Leopards Courier shipments only. TCS, M&P, Daraz Express, and other courier CNs will return a "Not Found" result.
Exporting Bulk Tracking Results
Once your bulk results load, you can export the full dataset as a CSV file. This is useful for maintaining dispatch logs, reporting to clients, or importing into order management software.
What the CSV Includes
Exported CSV includes: CN number, booking date, current status, last scan location, last updated timestamp, origin city, destination city, and estimated delivery date.
How to Export
Click "Download Results" after tracking. The file downloads automatically as bulk-lcs-tracking-[date].csv. Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app.
Use in Your OMS
Import the CSV into your order management system (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom ERP) to update order statuses automatically without manual entry.
Share with Team
The CSV format is universal. Share with your customer support team to handle delivery inquiries, or with your operations team to flag delayed shipments.
Bulk Tracking Workflow for Daraz Sellers
Daraz sellers who use Leopards Courier as their logistics partner can use this bulk tracker as part of their daily operations workflow:
Export Daily Dispatches from Daraz Seller Centre
Download your daily order report from Daraz Seller Centre. The report includes LCS CN numbers for all orders shipped via Leopards.
Copy the CN Column
Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets. Select and copy the column containing LCS CN numbers (usually labeled "Tracking Number" or "Courier CN").
Paste Into Bulk Tracker
Paste the CN numbers into the bulk tracking tool above. Up to 20 can be tracked at once. For more, split into multiple batches.
Identify Problem Shipments
Look for CNs showing "Failed Delivery," "RTO Initiated," or statuses stuck in transit for 3+ days. These need follow-up with LCS or the buyer.
Export and Log Results
Download the results CSV daily and append to your tracking log. This creates a complete delivery record for your Daraz store performance monitoring.
