What You Can Do at an LCS Express Centre

Drop Off Shipments

Walk in with your parcel and book a shipment directly. Staff will weigh, measure, and label it. You receive a printed CN slip — use it on the tracker to follow your parcel.

Pick Up Held Parcels

If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, your parcel is held at the nearest Express Centre. Bring original CNIC and your CN number. Parcels held for 5 business days maximum.

File a Complaint

Report delayed, damaged, or missing shipments in person. Branch staff log the complaint and escalate to the relevant hub. For complex cases, use the formal complaint process.

Get a Booking Quotation

Get a firm price quote for your specific origin, destination, weight, and service type. The quote includes all applicable surcharges, COD fees, and insurance options.

Weigh & Measure

Use certified branch scales to confirm your parcel weight before booking. Avoids disputes on arrival. Staff can also calculate volumetric weight for irregular shapes.

Bill Payments (Fintech)

Leopards Courier Express Centres support electricity, gas, and telecom bill payments via the LCS fintech platform — useful in areas with limited bank access.

Express Centre vs Hub — What's the Difference?

Understanding the difference between customer-facing branches and logistics hubs helps interpret your tracking updates. See the full explanation in the Arrived at LCS3 guide.

Express Centre (Customer Branch)

  • Open to public; walk-in service
  • Drop-off and pickup location
  • Customer service and complaints
  • 3000+ locations across Pakistan
  • Appears in tracking as "LCS1"

Hub (Sorting & Dispatch Facility)

  • Not open to the public
  • Handles sorting, manifesting, dispatch
  • LCS3 = origin hub, LCS2 = regional hub
  • Located at major industrial areas
  • Processing adds 6–18 hours per leg

Tracking Your Branch Pickup Status

If you requested a return or branch pickup, your CN will carry a different prefix. RT-prefix CNs indicate return shipments. Use the LCS tracker with your CN number to see if the parcel has reached your local branch and is ready for collection.

Standard CN

Normal delivery to recipient address. Collect from branch only if 3 attempts fail.

RT-prefix

Return to sender. Parcel is being sent back — track to confirm it arrives at origin branch.

TN-prefix

Tez Raftar same-day. Branch holding status appears if recipient unavailable.

FE-prefix

International via FedEx. Branch handover happens at origin only.
