3. Service Description
The Service provides access to Leopards Courier shipment tracking data in real-time. Tracking results reflect data available in LCS systems at the time of the query. We do not create, modify, or guarantee the accuracy of tracking data.
4. Permitted Use
- Personal shipment tracking — individual consumers tracking their own parcels
- Commercial use — businesses tracking their outgoing shipments or customer deliveries
- Automated/API use — subject to rate limits (maximum 60 requests per minute per IP)
5. Prohibited Use
- Scraping or attempting to extract bulk tracking data for resale
- Attempting to bypass rate limiting or security measures
- Using the Service for fraudulent purposes or to harass individuals
- Impersonating Leopards Tracking or Leopards Courier Services
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
Tracking data is provided "as-is" from LCS systems. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking information. Delays in LCS scanning or data propagation may cause temporary discrepancies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Leopards Tracking shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on tracking data, missed deliveries, or service interruptions. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. For official delivery disputes, contact Leopards Courier Services directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on leopards-tracking.pk (text, design, code, guides) is the property of Leopards Tracking or its contributors. Leopards Courier, LCS, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We make no claim to their marks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan.
