Does Daraz Use Leopards Courier?
Yes — Leopards Courier Services (LCS) is one of Daraz Pakistan's primary logistics partners and handles a major share of Daraz orders across the country. LCS operates one of Pakistan's largest courier networks with over 800 service centres spanning all provinces including remote areas of Balochistan, KPK, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Daraz also works with TCS, M&P Express, and its in-house Daraz Express fleet. To confirm your carrier, open your Daraz order and look at the Shipping section — if you see "Leopards Courier" or "LCS", you can track here. For Daraz Express orders, only the Daraz app provides tracking.

Finding Your Daraz-LCS Tracking Number
Your Daraz LCS tracking number (CN number) is a 12-character code starting with GT, FE, or TN. Here's exactly where to find it in the Daraz app and website:
Daraz App — My Orders
Open app → Account → My Orders → tap the order → scroll to Shipping. The CN appears as "Tracking Number." Tap to copy.
Daraz.pk Website
Login → Orders → Order Details → Shipping & Delivery. Look for "Courier Tracking Number" in the shipment info block.
SMS from Leopards
LCS sends an automated SMS when your parcel is collected from the seller. The 12-digit CN is included in the message.
Seller Confirmation
Most Daraz sellers message the buyer on WhatsApp or via Daraz chat with the CN after booking. Ask your seller if not received within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Tip: Don't confuse your Daraz Order ID (starts with "IMS" or numbers) with the LCS CN number. The tracking number is specifically from Leopards Courier, not the Daraz order reference. Learn more in our CN Number Guide.
Step-by-Step: Track Your Daraz Order via Leopards Courier
Get Your LCS CN Number
Find the 12-character CN from your Daraz order, seller SMS, or LCS message. It looks like GT7514208669 or TN8820110045.
Enter CN in the Tracker Above
Scroll to the top of this page and paste the CN into the tracking field. No account login is required.
View Real-Time Status
Instantly see the current status: In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, or Failed Attempt — with hub-level location details.
Check the Timeline
The full scan history shows every hub the parcel passed through: origin city, transit hubs, and the delivery facility nearest your address.
Troubleshoot If Needed
If tracking shows no results, wait 12–24 hours — the first scan happens when LCS collects from the Daraz warehouse. Visit our tracking not updating guide for more fixes.
Daraz Order Status vs Leopards Courier Status
Daraz simplifies LCS tracking statuses for their app. This table maps what you see in Daraz to the corresponding LCS status you'll see here:
| Daraz Status | LCS Status (This Site) | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | Booking Created | Seller has booked the shipment; LCS not yet collected |
| Shipped | Package Collected / In Transit | LCS collected the parcel from seller |
| Out for Delivery | Out for Delivery | Rider on route to your address today |
| Delivered | Delivered | Package handed to recipient or at door |
| Delivery Failed | Delivery Attempted / Failed | Rider could not deliver — will retry |
| Return Initiated | Return to Origin | Parcel being sent back to seller |
See the full list of LCS statuses in our Leopards Courier Status Codes Guide.
Why Daraz Shows a Different Status Than Leopards
It's very common for Daraz to show "Shipped" while LCS already shows "Out for Delivery." This happens due to API sync delays between the two platforms. Here's why:
Batch Updates, Not Real-Time
Daraz queries the LCS API in batches every 2–6 hours, not instantly. During peak periods (sales events), the delay can be longer.
Status Translation Layer
LCS uses granular statuses (25+ codes). Daraz maps these to 6 simplified statuses, so intermediate steps are invisible in the Daraz app.
Cache on Daraz Side
Daraz caches tracking data to handle millions of orders. A cached status can be hours behind the live LCS scan data available on this page.
Always trust the LCS status on this page — it pulls directly from the Leopards Courier API and shows the most current scan, not a delayed or cached version.
Daraz Return Tracking via Leopards Courier
When you request a return on Daraz and the seller uses Leopards Courier for the reverse logistics, LCS generates a new CN with an RT prefix (e.g., RT7514208669). This is a completely separate tracking number from your original delivery CN.
How Returns Are Triggered
You initiate the return in the Daraz app. Daraz coordinates with LCS to arrange pickup from your address. The RT-prefix CN is generated at booking.
How to Get Your Return CN
Daraz sends the RT CN via the app notifications and SMS. Check Daraz → My Returns → the specific order for the return tracking number.
What RT Status Means
Track the RT CN here to see: Collected from Buyer → In Transit → Delivered to Seller/Warehouse. The same hub-by-hub detail applies.
Return Delivery Timeline
Return pickups typically happen within 2–3 business days of approval. Transit back to seller takes 2–5 days depending on city.
Daraz Delivery Times by City (via Leopards Courier)
Delivery timelines depend on your city and the seller's dispatch location. These are typical business day estimates for LCS deliveries on Daraz:
| City | Standard Delivery | Same-Day Available |
|---|---|---|
| Karachi | 1–2 business days | Yes (select sellers) |
| Lahore | 1–2 business days | Yes (select sellers) |
| Islamabad / Rawalpindi | 1–2 business days | No |
| Faisalabad | 2–3 business days | No |
| Multan | 2–3 business days | No |
| Peshawar | 3–4 business days | No |
| Quetta | 3–5 business days | No |
| Remote / Rural Areas | 5–7 business days | No |
Times are estimates. Peak sale periods (11.11, Black Friday, Eid sales) may add 1–2 extra days.
Daraz COD Orders and Leopards Courier
Most Daraz orders in Pakistan are placed on Cash on Delivery (COD). When your COD order is shipped via LCS, the tracking process is identical — but there are a few COD-specific details to be aware of:
How COD Collection Works
The LCS rider carries a shipment sheet showing the exact COD amount. They collect cash before handing over the parcel. You can verify the amount against your Daraz order total.
Tracking COD Status
After successful COD collection, the tracking status updates to "COD Collected." If delivery fails, status shows "COD Pending" or "Failed Attempt."
COD Remittance to Daraz Seller
LCS transfers collected COD amounts to Daraz, which then remits to sellers per their seller payment cycle (typically weekly). Individual buyers receive their purchased goods.
COD Refusal or Failed Delivery
If you refuse the COD parcel, it is returned to the seller as RTO (Return to Origin). You can track the return with the original CN — the status will show "Return in Progress."
